Fahnlander has been creating large-scale commission mural work since 2004. Her mural work can be viewed at www.facebook.com/CreativeHeartMurals or www.larafahnlander.weebly.com. Some of her favorite mediums are oil and acrylic canvas painting, ceramics, drawing, photography, Photoshop, weaving, crochet, decoupage, wire wrapping and she has a new passion for printmaking. Her work is often rooted in appreciating the beauty of surrounding nature and the desire to reduce the square footage of boring lifeless spaces in man made places.
